Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called
for the purpose of conducting such business that may properly come before the Council.

1. Tobacco License Application$
City Manager recommending approval of '• „ tobacco license applications for Molo Oil
Company for their properties at 3300 Asbury Road and 405 Rhomberg Avenue.
RESOLUTION 307-20 Approving applications for retail cigarette/tobacco
sales/nicotine/vapor permits, as required by Iowa Code Chapter 453A.47A
Suggested Disposition: Receive and File; Adopt Resolution(s)
