ACTION ITEM
1. Tobacco License Application: City Manager recommending �
approval of two tobacco license applications for Molo Oil ��
Company for their properties at 3300 Asbury Road and 405 '!
Rhomberg Avenue. Motion by Cavanagh to receive and file the �
documents and adopt Resolution No. 307-20 Approving - ;{
applications for retail cigarette/tobacco sales/nicotine/ �{
vapor permits, as required by Iowa Code Chapter 453A.47A. . a � I��
Seconded by Resnick. Motion carried 7-0. _ ' ��
