This is a claim in which claimant alleges that a City of Dubuque refuse truck struck a
telephone pole near the corner of Cardiff and West 3' which resulted in the mast being
pulled off the side of claimant's building.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
