This is a claim in which claimant alleges that his lawn mower was damaged when he
ran over a bolt that was left behind by the Water Department when the Water
Department repaired a water main break near claimant's property.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
