CITY COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS
SPECIAL SESSION

The Dubuque City Council met in a special session at 6:00 p.m. on October 6, 2020,
in the second-floor Council Chambers of the Historic Federal Building, 350 W. 6th Street.
Present: Mayor Buol; Council Members Cavanagh, Jones, Lynch, Resnick, Roussell,
Sprank; City Manager Van Milligen (joined at 6:30 p.m.), City Attorney Brumwell (via tel-
ephone/gotomeeting.
Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called
for the purpose of conducting interviews for the position of City Clerk.
ACTION ITEMS
1. Interviews for the Position of City Clerk (Session 1 of 2): The City Council conducted
interviews with the following candidates for the position of City Clerk in the following order:
1. Shelley Annis
2. Dishon Deering
3. Adrienne Breitfelder
4. Pamela McCarron
There being no further business, Mayor Buol declared the meeting adjou rned at 8:33
p.m.
