Council met in Special Session at 5:00 P.M. in Conference Room B, City Hall
Present: Mayor Pro-Tem Cline, Council Members Buol, Conners, Markham, Michalski,
Nicholson, City Manager Michael Van Milligen, Corporation Counsel Barry Lindahl
Absent: Mayor Duggan
Mayor Pro-Tern Cline read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council
called for the purpose of approving two outdoor service liquor licenses.
Buol moved adoption of Resolution No. 213-03 Granting the issuance of a Special Class "C"
(BW) (Outdoor Service) License to The Grape Harbor and a Class "C" Beer/Liquor License
(Outdoor Service) to The Busted Lift. Seconded by Michalski. Motion carried 6-0.
There being no further business, upon motion meeting adjoumed at 5:02 P.M.
