Mayor Duggan read the call and stated this is a special session of the City
Council called for the purpose of approving two outdoor service liquor licenses
and to discuss a request from the Dubuque Jaycees.
RESOLUTION Granting the issuance of a Special Class "C" Liquor (BW)
(Outdoor Service) License to The Grape Harbor and a Class "C" Beer/Liquor
License (Outdoor Service) to The Busted Lift
Suggested Disposition: Receive and File; Adopt Resolution
