City Engineer Gus Psihoyos recommends that the award for the Asbury Road Fiber Optic Collaboration Project Phase I be officially recorded in the minutes of the City Council. Kennedy Road. This portion of the project is part of a Master Co-location and Shared Services Agreement between the City and Interstate Power and Light and Alliant Energy.
