Sustainable Community Coordinator Gina Bell requests the City Council schedule the
following Sustainable Dubuque work sessions for 2021:
1. Monday, February 1, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.
2. Monday, May 17, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.
3. Monday, August 16, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.
4. Monday, November 1, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.

The purpose of this memorandum is to request that City Council schedule Sustainable
Dubuque work sessions quarterly for 2021 on the following dates:
• Monday, February 1, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.
• Monday, May 17, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.
• Monday, August 16, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.
• Monday, November 1, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.
On February 1St, in the City Council Chambers or virtually depending on COVID-19
safety protocol, staff will update City Council on the recent privately-funded grant
activities the Sustainability Office has completed. Other work sessions will provide
relevant information and updates on topics to be determined.
