Sutton � stated that the City has hired a poverty consultant who has made a list of impediments to fair housing with act�on steps I, and goals. Ms. Sutton also stated that the Housing�ommission '� has not yet seen this letter and that she would like ,' �a opportunity for citizen input. r Kelly Larson, Human Rights Director, stated that the�ve I priorities listed by the Human Rights Commission are priorities from the Analysis of Impediments that th� i consultant Public Works LLC provided. The comrn�ssion was i prioritizing those items for the coming year. � Council Member Jones stated that since the reques�t is to receive and file the documents, the recommended�ath for this item is through the budget process. Ms. Roussell also reported on ,1 judging the Americ�n Legion High School Oratorical Competition � and was impressed�aith the students who participated from our �j local high schools. '�� Council Member Sprank reported on volunteering with the !1 Dubuque Area Labor Harvest. Mr. Sprank stated that the I organization's mont�ily food giveaway is this Saturday, � December 12th.
