RESOLUTION NO. 234-03
RESCINDING RESOLUTION 92-01 AS IT RELATES TO THE WAGE PLAN AND
COMPENSATION PACKAGE FOR NON-BARGAINING UNIT EMPLOYEES FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2004.
Whereas, on March 6, 2001, the City Council by resolution No. 92-01 approved a
wage plan and compensation package for non-bargaining unit employees for Fiscal Year
2004 to take effect July 1, 2003; and
Whereas, on Jude 23, 2003, the City Council by resolution No. 212-03 delayed the
implementation of the plan until July 10, 2003; and
Whereas, it has been recommended by City Manager Michael C. Van Milligen that
there be no wage increase in Fiscal Year 2004 for non-bargaining unit employees,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF DUBUQUE, IOWA:
Section 1. That Resolution 92-01 as it applies to the Fiscal Year 2004 wage plan and
compensation package for non-bargaining unit employees is hereby rescinded.
