The work will be started after the tenant moves out on the first of the month. The owner plans to do some major remodeling in this apartment. Complaints as follows: Kitchen faucets leak under handles. Hole in floor from old floor vent in the bedroom. Bedroom front outlet loose in opening and missing a cover. Repair deteriorated baseboard behind toilet and clean up peeling paint. Repair spongy floor by shower stall. Caulk or seal cracks in shower stall, floor gets wet. The front porch steps are deficient a handrail. The building was built !00 years ago. Mr. Heitz feels the lack of the outiside handrail should have been grand fathered in and would take away from the appearance of the building. This is a Section 8 Initial inspection.
