The application, staff report and related materials are attached for your review. Discussion The applicant spoke in favor of the request, reviewing the proposed bank building layout and building design. Staff reviewed the PUD Ordinance that govems development of the subject parcel, which requires that site plans for commercial buildings be approved by the Zoning Advisory Commission and the City Council. There were no public comments. The Zoning Advisory Commission discussed the request, noting that the PUD Ordinance requires that the building pad be below the grade of the surrounding streets and that screening be installed along both Starlite Drive and Cedar Cross Road. Recommendation By a vote of 7 to 0, the Zoning Advisory Commission recommends that the City Council approve the request. A simple majority vote is needed for the City Council to approve the request.
