Motion by Jones to receive and file the documents and ii adopt Resolution No. 64-21 Setting the date for the public ; hearing on the Fiscal Year 2022 budget as amended for the City of Dubuque and Resolution No. 65-21 Setting the date for the public hearing on the Five-Year Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2022 through 2026 for the City of Dubuque. !'i Seconded by Resnick.
