ORDINANCE NO. 21-21
AMENDING CITY OF DUBUQUE CODE OF ORDINANCES TITLE 6 HEALTH,
HOUSING, SANITATION AND ENVIRONMENT, CHAPTER 1 HEALTH AND SAFETY
REGULATIONS, SECTION 2 FACE COVERING REQUIREMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DUBUQUE, IOWA:
Section 1. Title 6, Chapter 1 is amended by repealing Section 6-1-2 Face Covering
Requirement.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon publication.
Passed, approved, and adopted this 19t" day of May, ,4021.
