Through the competitive quotation process for public improvements, the Wood Street
Sanitary/Water Project was awarded on July 8, 2021, to Temperley Excavating, Inc., in
the bid amount of $69,984.50.
City Engineer Gus Psihoyos recommends that the award for the Wood Street
Sanitary/Water Project be officially recorded in the minutes of the City Council.
I concur with the recommendation and respectfully request Mayor and City Council
approval.

The Wood Street Sanitary / Water Project between Rosedale Avenue and Loras
Boulevard provides for the replacement of approximately 212 feet of 8-inch diameter
sanitary sewer and 70 feet of 12-inch water main. One sanitary manhole and one water
main valve will also be replaced along with hot mix asphalt pavement replacement.
