REINSTATE THE RULES
ORDINANCE Establishing a franchise fee of two pement (2%) of the gross revenue of
Interstate Power Company, its successors and assigns, generated from the sale of
electricity within the City of Dubuque, and authorizing exemptions or rebates for certain
properties
ORDINANCE Establishing a franchise fee of two percent (2%) of the gross revenue of
People's Natural Gas Company, its successors and assigns, generated from the sale of
natural gas or mixed gas within the City of Dubuque, and authorizing exemptions or
reb'ates for certain properties
RESOLUTION Rescinding Resolution No. 212~03 and Resolution No. 234-03 as they
relate to the wage plan and compensation package for non-bargaining unit employees for
Fiscal Year 2004 and reinstating the wage plan and compensation package for Fiscal
Year 2004
AMENDMENT to the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Dubuque
Professional Firefighters Association, Local #353, and the City of Dubuque
