Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that while she was parking her vehicle in
front of 2818 Jackson Street, her vehicle was scraped by a leftover reflector which was
leaning against the curb and covered with mud, that was originally placed on Jackson
Street for construction notification.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
