This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that due to the lack of lighting in the
Diamond Jo Parking Lot, claimant tripped over a meridian, injuring herself.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
