7. Conversion of Apartment Buildings to Condominiums
City Manager recommending approval of an amendment to Chapter 11 (Building
Regulations) of the City’s Code of Ordinances to regulate the conversion of apartment
buildings into condominiums and providing for fees for site and building inspections
related to the conversion.

requiring that an existing structure shall not be converted to a horizontal property regime
