This is a claim in which claimant alleges that his Sea -Rey single engine airplane was
damaged during the April 30, 2010 storm while in a T Hanger at the Dubuque Regional
Airport. Claimant alleges that the roof of the T Hanger was not anchored to the ground
according to industry standard.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
