There are five appeals from the Dubuque City Board of Review decisions.
This notification is required under 441.39 (1) of the Code of Iowa. The following appeals are for the
2021 assessment of values and would affect taxes beginning in the fall of 2022 and the spring of
2023.
The first appeal comes from Lambro Dubuque LLC and Hy-Vee, Inc., 2395 NW Arterial
(1017476005). The Assessed Value is $5,300,000 and they are requesting an assessed value of
$3,180,000 on their commercial property. This appeal is to the Dubuque County District Court.
The second appeal is from AHIP Property LLC, 2080 Holiday Drive (1020280005). The Assessed
Value is $3,915,000 and they are requesting an assessed value of $2,865,000 on their commercial
property. This appeal is to PAAB.
The third appeal is from Menards, 5300 Westside Dr. (1032128015). The Assessed Value is
$10,063,150 and they are requesting an assessed value at $7,500,000 on their commercial property.
This appeal is to PAAB.
The fourth appeal is from Hartig, 1804 Creek Wood Drive (1502153021). The Assessed Value is
$654,430 and they are requesting an assessed value of $491,413 on their residential property. This
appeal is to PAAB.
The fifth appeal is from Naderman, 929 Garfield Avenue (1118353008). The Assessed Value is
$110,080 and they are requesting an assessed value of $92,000 on their residential property. This
appeal is to PAAB.
