Through the competitive quotation process for public improvements, the 2021 Stumps /
Sidewalk Project Two was awarded on September 7, 2021, to Burds Waterproofing, in
the amount of $141,579.46.
City Engineer Gus Psihoyos recommends that the award for the 2021 Stumps /
Sidewalk Project Two be officially recorded in the minutes of the City Council.
I concur with the recommendation and respectfully request Mayor and City Council
approval.

The 2021 Stumps / Sidewalk Project Two will provide for removal of one hundred eight
tree stumps and replacement of the abutting sidewalks. Stumps sizes range from 11 to 55
inches in diameter. The sidewalk replacement behind the trees is approximately 80 to 100
square feet depending on the location.
