Expenditures were at 9% and revenue was at 3.6% of projections. • A welcome increase to visitors over the previous July seeing a 7 1 % increase. Circulation of library materials over previous July are also up. • During July the digital children's book resource TumbleBook Library was promoted and saw an increase of 342 uses, up 700% from the previous month. • Over 2,500 attendees to library programs in July • Over 200 visitors to see the bus -museum at the Farmer's Market on August 14. • The McDonough Foundation awarded $5,000 to the C-SPL Foundation and the foundation agreed to contribute up to $6,800 to complete a C-SPL board book project. • The Dubuque Racing Association awarded the C-SPL Foundation $7,672 and the foundation contributed $2,558 to complete the Outreach: Programs to People project. • New officers were elected for the Board of Trustees. Pam Mullin is now President. Greg Gorton is Vice President, and Victor Lieberman is Secretary.
