Absent:
Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a regular session of the City Council called for the
purpose of conducting such business that may properly come before the City Council.

Mayor Buol will begin the meeting by reading a land acknowledgement to recognize the long
history of nations who lived and still live in Dubuque.

on the COVID-19 pandemic and response activities.
