Application for Annexation
TO: CITY OF DUBUQUE
Pursuant to Iowa Code Section 364.7, notice is hereby given to the City of Dubuque, that
the City of Sageville, Iowa has received an Application for Annexation as described below.
Notice is further given that on the I" day of November 2021, at 6:00 p.m., at Eichman's in
Sageville, Iowa, a public hearing will be held on the proposed resolution by the City of Sageville
which would, if approved, authorize the City of Sageville, to voluntarily annex properties
currently owned by Dubuque County, and legally described as:
Lot 2 of the Northeast'/4 Northeast'/4 of Section 33, located in Township 90 North,
Range 2 East, in Dubuque County, Iowa.
At said time and place of the public hearing all interested parties will be given an opportunity to
speak for or against the above proposal. Following public hearing, if the above resolution passes,
the above property shall be annexed by the City of Sageville, Iowa.
