and Setzer Properties DBQ, LLC providing for the Sale of City -owned Real Estate to
Setzer Properties DBQ, LLC
Proof of publication on notice of public hearing to consider City Council approval of a
Development Agreement between Setzer Properties DBQ, LLC and the City of Dubuque
providing forthe sale of City -owned real estate in Dubuque Industrial Center West to Setzer
Properties DBQ, LLC, and City Manager recommending approval.
