Present: Mayor Buol,
Council Members,
Braig, Connors, Jones,
Lynch, Resnick, Voet-
berg, City Manager
Van Milligen
Mayor Buol read the
call and stated this is a
special session of the
City Council called for
the purpose of con-
ducting a closed ses-
sion in accordance
with Chapter 21.5 (1)0)
of the Code of Iowa.
Upon motion Council
went into Closed Ses-
sion in accordance
with Ch. 21.5 10) of the
Code of Iowa, to evalu-
ate the professional
competency of an indi-
vidual whose appoint-
ment, hiring, perform-
ance or discharge is
being considered when
necessary to prevent
needless and or irrep-
arable injury to that in-
dividual's reputation
and that individual has
requested a Closed
Session.
City Manager Van
Milligen left the Closed
Session at 5:40 p.m.
Council reconvened in
Regular Session at 5:53
p.m., indicating the
evaluation had been
completed.
There being no fur-
ther business, upon
motion the City Council
adjourned at 5:54 p.m.
