special session of the
City Council to receive
an update on the His-
toric Millwork District.

City staff provided a
slide presentation on
the status and prog-
ress of the components
for the Historic Mill-
work District.

the district poses de-
velopment challenges,
compliance with com-
plete streets design
standards and require-
ments and replicable
project elements will
enable additional fund-
ing.
There being no fur-
ther business, upon
motion the City Council
adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
