Dear TTr. Titchell:
This is to confirm my telephonic conservation with you
on this date# wherein I advised you of the following schedule:
1. Petition presented to Council for election,
August 12, 1974.
2. Resolution calling for election z3nd ordering
the Mayor to execute proclamation, August 1.9, 1974.
3. Publish notice of election., August 23, 19749
August 30, 1974 and September 6. 1974; said
election shall be held not less than five (5)
days from nor more than twenty (20) days after
date of last publication of Notice of Election.
4. Election on September 24., 1974.
This is also to confirm that the millage rate shall be at
3 1/2 mills.
I am enclosing herewith machine copy of Ordinance creating
and establishing Playground and recreation commission.
This is to confirm our advice to you that voting machines
will be used in said election. A list of the precincts and
polling places is enclosed.

by the County Auditor relating to the value of taxable property
in the City of Dubuque.
