This is a claim in which claimant alleges that because of high grass and uncut weeds
along the bike path located next to the Hilton Hotel parking lot, her daughter, who was
riding her bicycle, collided with another bicyclist, injuring both parties and damaging
their bicycles.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
