At the Executive Committee meeting of the Five Flags Council this morn-
ing, it was agreed to retain the fund raising consultant until March 31,
increasing their contract to $59,050. Their original contract was to expire
March 10.
We enclose an analysis of subscriptions to the fund received as of this
date. An unannounced gift of $50, 000 has come through from the Inter-
state Power Company, and this will be used as a tool to encourage John
Deere and Dubuque Pack to announce their pledge.
It appears that the Five Flags will maintain a campaign office until
March 31. Both April and May will be handled by volunteer help with
Wayne Norman acting as general supervisor.
