3. Cullen, Kilby, Carolan & Associates are preparing plans and
specifications for the balance of the exterior work for restora-
tion of the theater. The work will be in connection with the
front and is estimated to cost some $10, 000. All that will re-
main to be done on the exterior will be in connection with the
Proposed new construction to the north with the exception of a
double door to be installed at the rear of the theater to permit
delivery access to the stage area.
4. The drawings for the exhibition -arts building have been deliv-
ered, and a set will be provided Don Bandy's office for review.
5. Enclosed is a copy of an update and further elaboration of Real
Estate Research Corporation's feasibility study of the center's
potential operating costs. Dick Slattery has prepared this and
will discuss it in general terms with his commission at their
next meeting. There is no thought of releasing this at this time;
however, it will be used in response to questions.
Sincerely yours,
Gent M. Witte
