Dear Gent:
Pursuant to our discussion with the Commission last week, I am
asking you to compile and forward the following Owner information
for our use on this Project.
1. Current site survey including topography, site utilities and
property line information, and locating existing building.
2. Current existing drawings of the Five Flags Theatre including
architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical.
3. Current Town Clock Plaza and Main Street extended drawings
and proposals, y� ,
4. Current urban renewal plans and information pertient to the
adjacent streets and Five Flags Civic Center site.
5. Current or pending plans for the block immediately east of the
site (currently Hampton Proposal).
6. City Planning Department current plan or long range plans for
surrounding blocks and parking.
7. City engineering services and utilities near, adjacent, or feed-
ing into site.
8. Traffic Department current and long range plans for surrounding
blocks. Current width of streets and traffic counts.
9. Current and projected parking available within three -block radius I,;..r..
of site. t
10. Listing of all City or State agencies (if any) requiring review
and approval of Five Flags Civic Center, lead times necessary
for such reviews and at what stage of drawing development (i, e.
design development phase, progress contract document phase,
completed contract document. )
