as shown on the schedule. They will be non -callable and will be
registrable as to principal as all of your others have been.
The sale is to be scheduled for 1:00 P.M. October 21,.1976.
If this time is not what you feel is satisfactory, please let me know
promptly. I am sending a copy of the schedule to Lyman Mitchell so
that he may prepare whatever proceedings are necessary. Please send
