It has been brought to our attention your presently working
on the ice arena for the City of Dubuque. We would like an
opportunity to work with you on this project.
Our company, which has it's factory at Lake Mills, Wisc.,
has engineered, sold, and installed close to 400 arenas
across North America.
Attached, please find some literature on our different types
of refrigeration systems. Each arena has a system designed
specifically for the desired conditions, but we hope this
information will be a guide to you on what we are capable
of doing.- We have installed Direct Expansion Freon, Freon/
Brine, and Ammonia/Brine systems. Included in our rink
installations are three professional arenas. The Omni Arena
in Atlanta, Ga. - Freon/Brine, the Riverfron Coliseum in
Cincinnati, Ohio _ Ammonia/Brine and the Philadelphia Flyers
Arena in Philadelphia _ Ammonia/Brine.
Included in this information are some typical operating costs
for some of the rinks we've done in this area.
We would appreciate any opportunities extended to us on this
project. We have a sales representative who lives in Des
Moines and spends a considerable amount of time in Dubuque,
as we have a number of accounts there.
I will be getting in touch with you in the near future. If
you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call on
me at your convenience.
Sincerely yours1
