Subject: Five Flags Civic Center
Dear Mr. Bowen:
In response to our discussion at your office on Wednesday,
September 29, we would be happy to serve as acoustical consultants
on the Five Flags Civic Center project.
Based on previous experience (notably, the Dane County Coliseum),
we suggest that $4000 be budgeted for our services, including
travel and expenses.

supervise our activity, at a rate of $50 per hour. If special
problems do not arise, it may not be necessary for us to use
the entire $4000. In any case, we will not exceed this amount
