Grandview Avenue Description: Final Plat Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3 of Larkspur Addition Dear Mayor and City Council Members: The City of Dubuque Zoning Advisory Commission has reviewed the above -cited request. The application, staff report and related materials are attached for your review. Discussion The applicant spoke in favor of the request, reviewing the size of parcels to be subdivided and access to the parcels. Staff reviewed existing and proposed lot layout, noting that lot frontage for Lot 1 and Lot 2 must be waived but that access to each parcel is adequate and has been reviewed by the Fire Marshal. There were no public comments. The Zoning Advisory Commission discussed the request, noting they have no objection to the proposed Final Plat. Recommendation By a vote of 5 to 0, the Zoning Advisory Commission recommends that the City Council approve the request, subject to waiving lot frontage for Lot 1 (0 feet) and Lot 2 (16 feet). A simple majority vote is needed for the City Council to approve the request.
