ALTERNATIVES
1. Terminate project and dissolve Five Flags Center turning over to city balance
of funds.
2. Purchase theater and put into minimum acceptable and usuable condition con-
forming to code requirements.
3. Option 2 plus the purchase of the balance of the half block.
4. Option 3 plus construction of promenade.
5. Option 3 plus purchase of the west half block.
6. Option 3 plus construction of promenade and purchase of west half block.
7. Option 3 plus construction of promenade and exhibit hall.
8. Option 3 plus construction of promenade and exhibit hall and purchase of
west half block.
9. Add balance of theater interior restoration/renovation work to Options 2
through 8.
10. Add multi -media center to Options 2 through 9.
11. Add ice-skating facility as proposed for the bond issue to Options 7
through 10.
12. Add new ice-skating facility concept to Options 5 or 6 or 8 through 10.
