W,ttenborg William Woodward Pursuant to the request of Mr. Murray Goodman, Program Director, the Five Flags Center Fund formally requests by this letter con- sideration for a cash grant in an amount of $10,000 to assist in the furthur development of appropriate plans for the integration of the various components which comprise the Five Flags Center. We call your attention to the attached Fact Sheet which summarizes the total project, including its inter -relation with the occasion of the bicentennial celebration to be observed in 1976. We also wish to advise that local matching funds in excess of $10,000 are currently available, and a copy of an audit is enclosed to document the financial status of the Five Flags Center Fund as of December 28, 1972.
