This is a claim in which claimant alleges that electrical wires and the mast were pulled
from claimant's residence of 1188 Wood Street after a branch fell from a City tree during
a storm on June 23, 2010.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
