AMENDED FINAL ORDER
To: City Clerk for Asbury and Dubuque, Dubuque County Recorder, Dubuque County Board
of Supervisors, Dubuque County Attorney, East Central Intergovernmental Association,
Iowa Secretary of State, Iowa State Attorney General, Iowa Department of
Transportation, Public Utilities and Parties of Record.
The City Development Board has carried out all procedures required to complete the
annexation of the territory described in Appendix A herein to the City of Asbury, Iowa as
approved.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the territory described in Appendix A attached hereto
and incorporated by reference as is fully set forth is hereby annexed into and becomes a part of
the City of Asbury, Iowa.
This Amended Final Order is filed in order to correct an error in the legal description to
the territory annexed into the City of Asbury, which error was incorporated into the legal
description filed in the original Final Order dated May 18, 2010 and filed with the Dubuque
County Recorder's office on the 25 day of June, 2010, at 09:39:48 A.M., File 2010 - 00008696
and Document ID 006795110105.
