This letter is to notify your city of upcoming channel changes. On or about September 27, 2010
the following changes will be made:

Pursuant to the FCC regulations governing cable television service, the below listed channels will be
dropped:

The following channels will be added to the digital broadcast basic tier. Digital Broadcast Basic
channels are included with Broadcast Basic and Family Cable service. However, a TV with a
digital QAM tuner or a Mediacom Digital Converter is needed on each TV to receive these
channels.
