Mystique Casino will be hosting Mocktoberfest 2010 in the back parking lot on Friday, September 24, 2010 and Saturday,
September 25, 2010. Mocktoberfest will be a two day music festival that will include tribute bands to many favorite artists.
Mocktoberfest is a joint marketing event for Play Dubuque to promote bringing tourists to both Mystique and the Diamond
Jo. As the grand finale of Saturday's concert Mystique would like to have an approximately 12 minute long fireworks
show by Flashing Thunder. We will have all proper special events permits and deposits paid to both the city and the fire
department. Could we please have our fireworks request added to the City Council agenda for approval on September 7,
2010?

4:00 pm — 5:30 pm Mama Kin Only Aerosmith Do It Better
6:00 pm — 7:30 pm Elevation: The International U2 Show
8:00 pm — 10:00 pm Think Floyd: The American Pink Floyd Show including laser light show
Immediately following Think Floyd will be the fireworks show.
