We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and the Dubuque City Council for your
efforts in the Sedgwick expansion. We believe this expansion will benefit both the City of
Dubuque and the City of Bellevue for many years to come. Without the tremendous
commitment from you and your staff this project would not have moved forward so smoothly.
We would like to particularly note the efforts of your Economic Director David Heiar and Rick
Dickinson of Greater Dubuque. We believe these two individuals should be congratulated for
their efforts in representing the City of Dubuque in a very positive manner. We believe this
partnership is just the beginning of many good things to come.
