Stolen Property
This is a claim in which claimant alleges that property was stolen from his home located
at 2814 Jackson Street.
According to City Clerk Jeanne Schneider, this matter cannot be resolved by filing a claim
with the City of Dubuque. Claimant should be directed to the Clerk of Court at the
Dubuque County Courthouse where claimant may file a civil suit.
The Legal Department concurs with this recommendation.
