Dear Mary:
I would just like to express my appreciation to you
for spending two days of your time and teaching me
your job. I can honestly say that I have never been
so impressed with someone as I was with you. The main
aspect of someones job is organization, that you
certianly have. I was glad that I chose the position
of City Clerk, and took on the challenges it presented.
I really learned alot from you in the two days I was
there. At first I wasn't sure just how thrilling it
would be, but as it ended up on Tuesday I went home
anxiously awaiting the next day. Your job seems to
consist of so much and undoubtly now I realize. how
large of a part of City government you are.
Youth -in -Government should never be dropped and I really
hope that future Seniors take more of an interest in
this program. It was one of great learning experience
and also away to get to know our city officials and how
the government was run.
Again I would like to thank -you for your help in shooing,; -
me the City Government, I really do appreciate it.
