Council met at 5:00 p.m., City Hall Conference Room B
Present: Mayor Duggan, Council Members Buol, Cline, Markham, Michalski, City
Manager Michael Van Milligen, Corporation Counsel Barry Lindahl
Absent: Council Members Connors, Nicholson
Mayor Duggan read the call and stated this was a Special Session of the City Council
called for the purpose of acting upon the former Dubuque Hardwoods/Miller
Logging/Peavey Grain EDI Project.
Port of Dubuque Building Demolition Project: City Manager recommending approval
of a combined notice of finding of no significant impact on the environment and notice
of intent to request release of funds for the former Dubuque Hardwoods/Miller
Logging/Peavey Grain EDI Project, upon motion received and filed. Michalski moved
adoption of Resolution No. 295-03 Authorizing publication of a combined notice of
finding of no significant impact on the environment and notice of intent to request
release of funds for the former Dubuque Hardwood/Miller Logging/Peavey Grain EDI
Project. Seconded by Buol. Motion carried 5-0.
There being no further business, Cline moved to adjourn. Seconded by Markham.
Motion carried 5-0. The meeting adjourned at 5:03 p.m.
