Council will conduct a
public hearing at a meeting
to commence at 6:30 P.M.
on September 15, 2008, in
the Historic Federal Build-
ing, 350 West 6th Street,
on the following:
Request of Jim Collins,
Loras Co!lege, to amend
the Loras College ID Insti-
tutional District to allow a
32-unit Oaks Housing
Project south of Byrne
Oaks housing complex
and north of Rohlman Hall.
Tabled from the August 6,
2008 meeting.
Request of the City of
Dubuque/Dubuque Initia-
tives to amend the Plan-
ned Unit Development
(PUD) for the Dubuque In-
dustrial Center, located at
Chavenelle Road and the
Northwest Arterial, to
change designation of
property from open space
to commercial.
Request of the City of
Dubuque to amend Sec-
tion 2.1 and Section 3-5.7
of the City of Dubuque
Zoning Ordinance to es-
tablish a Rural Residential
Overlay District.
Copies of supporting
documents for the public
hearings are on file in the
City Clerk's Office and
may be viewed during nor-
mal working hours.
Written comments re-
garding above reclassifica-
tions/amendments may be
submitted to the City
Clerk's Office on or before
said time of public hearing.
At said time and place of
public hearing all interest-
ed citizens and parties will
be given an opportunity to
be heard for or against
said reclassification.
