AIRPORT COMMISSION MINUTES
Commissioner Accinelli moved to approve the minutes of the July 19, 2010 Commission
meeting and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Daoud. AYES: All. NAYS:
None.

01. REVIEW STATISTICS
Various statistics were discussed.

02. EALP GRANT RESOLUTION
Commissioner Daoud motioned to approve Resolution A600 -1 -2010 authorizing
the acceptance of a Pilot Study for an electronic Airport Layout Plan (eALP) and
Commissioner Accinelli seconded the motion. AYES: All. NAYES: None.
03. EALP ENGINEERING AGREEMENT RESOLUTION
Commissioner Daoud motioned to approve Resolution A600 -2 -2010 accepting the
selection committee's recommendation of engineering services for the eALP and
Commissioner Accinelli seconded the motion. AYES: All. NAYES: None.

DISCUSSION
04. MARKETING UPDATE
Marketing Coordinator Karin Spisak showed the Commission a preview of the
upcoming television commercials. A meeting will be set -up with the Marketing
Task Force in September to discuss a reward program for businesses.
Commissioner Daoud asked about Sales Consultant "benchmarks ".
05. T- HANGAR UPDATE
Operations & Maintenance Supervisor Dalsing informed the Commission that bid
packets are being prepared for the Hangar Replacement project and will be
available to bidders on August 17
06. MANAGER'S UPDATE
Supervisor Dalsing discussed the upcoming grant submissions with the
Commission.
